Oxpecker is a student-run organization founded by Matthew Ma, composed of talented high school students from across the United States. Our mission is twofold: to provide high-quality, affordable consulting services to small businesses while equipping students with valuable real-world skills. We specialize in market analysis, business strategy, branding and marketing, and operational efficiency, tailoring our services to meet the unique needs of small, family-owned, and immigrant-owned businesses. Our structure promotes independence, with student teams of 3-5 members managing projects under the guidance of our leadership team to ensure quality and impact. By focusing on underserved communities, we aim to bridge resource gaps and empower our clients to build sustainable, thriving enterprises.
